Paula Hicks- Precinct 4 Constable Candidate

It has long been a career goal of mine to become Constable. I have grown deeply attached to the people and community of Randall County and would love the opportunity to serve them. With this website, I want to reach as many people as possible to support me and my goals for the upcoming election. My goals include: upholding the Texas Constitution, collaborating with the Justice of the Peace and his office staff, serving and protecting the citizens of Randall County with H.I.C.K.S.-Honor, Integrity, Consistency, Knowledge, and Selflessness.
